Information about how our services and materials are delivered to you.

1. Nature of Services
VedaLoop (vedaloop.in) is primarily a digital platform providing educational technology services. The majority of our offerings are delivered electronically and do not involve physical shipping.
This policy explains how different types of services and materials are delivered to our users.
2. Digital Services — Instant Delivery
The following services are delivered digitally and are available immediately or within the stated timeframe upon successful payment:
ERP Platform Access (Plans A, B, C, D)
Login credentials and platform access are activated within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and school verification.
Parent & Teacher App Access
Available immediately after the school administrator adds users. Parents and teachers receive OTP-based login access.
Course Enrollment Confirmation
Upon payment for workshops or courses, enrollment is confirmed instantly via email. Course schedule and joining details are shared within 24 hours.
Digital Marketing Services
Work commences within 3-5 business days of payment. Progress reports are shared digitally on a monthly basis.
3. Physical Materials (Workshop Kits)
Certain workshops (such as AI/ML labs and Raspberry Pi programs) may include physical materials or kits that are delivered to the school premises. The following applies:

Note: Physical kits are provided on a per-school basis, not per-student. The school is responsible for distributing materials to enrolled students during workshop sessions.
4. On-Site Workshop Delivery
VedaLoop conducts weekend workshops on-site at the registered school premises. This includes:
- •Trained instructors visiting the school on scheduled workshop days.
- •All required equipment (Raspberry Pi kits, laptops, projectors) brought by the VedaLoop team, if applicable.
- •Workshop schedule communicated at least 1 week in advance via email and the VedaLoop platform.
- •Schools are responsible for providing a classroom with basic infrastructure (power outlets, seating).
5. Delays & Delivery Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- •Courier delays or logistics issues beyond our control.
- •Incorrect or incomplete school address provided during registration.
- •Natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.
