By registering for, accessing, or using the VedaLoop platform (including our website, mobile applications, and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are registering on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

VedaLoop provides an integrated education technology platform that includes:

• School Management System (ERP): Student management, attendance tracking, marks entry, report card generation, parent and teacher portals, announcements, and event management.
• Weekend Workshops: AI/ML and Digital Marketing training sessions conducted at partner schools every weekend, including hands-on Raspberry Pi projects.
• Learning Games: Educational games (Bug Squasher, Binary Battleship, Code Racer) designed to make learning engaging for students.
• AI-Powered Features: Career advice, student analysis, and personalized learning recommendations.
• Cross Collaboration Program: Industry exposure sessions across multiple sectors including Fashion, Law, Finance, and more.

Account Registration: Schools must register through our platform and receive approval before accessing services. School administrators are responsible for managing user accounts within their school.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

Authorized Use: School administrators must only grant access to authorized personnel. Parent and teacher accounts should only be used by the intended individuals.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other schools' data or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or services
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform
• Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use student data for purposes other than educational administration

Platform Ownership: The VedaLoop platform, including its design, code, features, learning games, workshop curricula, and AI models, is the intellectual property of VedaLoop.

School Data: Schools retain ownership of all data they enter into the platform, including student records, attendance data, and marks.

License: We grant schools a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended educational purposes during the subscription period.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VedaLoop provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

VedaLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by school staff, teachers, or administrators.

By You: Schools may terminate their subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activities harmful to the platform or other users.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow data export, after which it will be permanently deleted unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
